- 72.3% of fishermen are registered in mixed fishing, followed by seine fishing (13.7%), trawl fishing (9.1%) and, finally, inland freshwater fishing (4.9%)
- The main species landed (59%) are sardines, Atlantic horse mackerel, and common horse mackerel
- In 2024, landings recorded by weight amounted to 165,747 tons.
